The "Customer” relates to the person, company or agent with whom the contract has been entered into.
Our Terms and conditions comply with UK Legislation and are designed to ensure that our customers can seek quotations easily and confidently with mitchellsscaffolding.co.uk. These terms and conditions apply to all contracts.
- Order accepted subject to the standard terms and conditions of contract and to any special conditions otherwise specified by the Owner, unless otherwise agreed in writing, these conditions shall prevail in the event of conflict with the Customers forms or letters.
- Quotations are subject to adjustment by the Owner without notice before the contract is entered into.
- When a fixed price quotation is given additional conditions will be specified. Prices are in £ sterling.
