Business Awards Finalists 2015

Mitchell's are Pleased to announce our entry into this year’s Northwest Regional Construction Awards  has seen Mitchell’s Short listed in 2 category’s.

Mitchell's are short-listed for the leadership and People Development Award and in the Health and Safety Award. Both of which are are vital within our industry ensuring the operatives are professionally trained and utilize that training.  

In the Leadership & People Development Award Mitchell's are very proud to be one of only 4 company's to be short-listed along with  FT Finley Warden Construction Ltd & Mersey Care NHS Trust, Medical Architecture and Farrans Heron Joint Venture. 

 The Health and Safety Award again has a short list of only 4, PP O’Connor Limited Galliford Try Civil Engineering England & Wales and this time the  joint venture of Clock View Hospital, Farrons Heron Joint Venture and Medical Architecture.

Stuart Mitchell Managing Director said "this years awards has seen a staggering 32% rise in Applicants, to make through to this stage in 2 awards is a fantastic for any company, especially for one of our size".Stuart also went on to say " in  the  Lancashire Project of the Year Mitchells played a significant roll on two of the nominated finalist projects " As the main scaffolding contractor on the Blackburn Central Library, With Paragon Construction and the suppler for internal scaffolding works on Blackburn Station NSIP, Northern Rail and Vextrix .
