Mitchell's MD Stuart undertakes regular Toolbox talks today's saw more Fall arrest Harness training.

Jamie George volunteered for this mornings session; after donning his PPE, Stuart Mitchell Demonstrated the process used should a fall occur.

1. Attach the rescue system to the rear  the practice was limited  as Jamie was not suspended following a fall.
2. Once the rescue system is attached; the second man will pull the suspended victim to the first available boarded lift or lower to the ground which ever is the closest.

Mitchell's Operatives  always enjoy these hands on training sessions as-well as refreshing their skills a lot of laughter and banter takes place.

Practical training is undertaken as often as necessary and helps to maintain the safety standards vital in the scaffolding trade.
